Perhaps you are exhausted because you have spent so long treating your awakening like a mountain to climb—clearing every shadow, fixing every layer, trying to stay perfectly aligned.

As though Lightness were a spiritual height you had to earn. 

But the truth is gentler:

“Lightness is not an elevation.
It is a letting go of weight.”

You do not need to fly. You may simply need to set down the armor.

Lightness can be felt right here—in the breath that has more room, the shoulders that soften, the relief of no longer holding everything together.

Your body is not something to transcend.
It is where Lightness becomes real.

Perhaps Lightness was never something you needed to achieve.

It has been there beneath everything you learned to carry.
