You are allowed to receive.
Let yourself be cared for, too.
Perhaps you are exhausted because you have spent so long being the one who keeps going—giving, caring, doing, supporting, and holding things together even when your own reserves are running low.
You may have become so accustomed to being the one who gives that receiving begins to feel unfamiliar.
Rest becomes something you squeeze in between responsibilities.
Care is something you offer more easily than you accept.
But the truth may be gentler:
“Restoration is not simply a pause from giving.
It is allowing yourself to receive what you need.”
To be supported.
To be nourished.
To let someone else give.
And perhaps, for a little while, to stop asking what you need to do next.
You do not always have to be the one holding everything together.
Sometimes, you can let yourself be held.

When you have been giving, doing, or carrying for too long,
GRACE becomes your Scented Key
—a nurturing aromatic invitation to soften out of constant giving and make room for receiving.
Not to recharge you so you can hurry back to doing more.
To remind you that you, too, can receive.
GRACE
The Embrace of Restoration
