Welcome to Odorami. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
1. Seller Information
Odorami is operated by Sasathorn Nasongkla, based in Chiang Mai, Thailand.

2. Products and Services
Odorami offers sacred oils, scent-related products, digital guidebooks and related materials.
Product descriptions, images and prices are provided as accurately as possible. Minor variations in colour, packaging or appearance may occur.
3. Prices and Payment
All prices are displayed in Thai Baht unless otherwise indicated.
Payment may be made by bank transfer or PromptPay QR code. An order is confirmed only after payment has been received and verified.
Odorami reserves the right to correct pricing errors and cancel an order placed with an incorrect price.
4. Order Confirmation
After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation by email. If payment is not received within seven days, the order may be cancelled.
Odorami may contact you if additional information is required to process your order.
5. Shipping
Delivery is currently available within Thailand.
Shipping is free unless otherwise stated at checkout. Orders are normally prepared after payment confirmation and shipped as soon as reasonably possible.
Delivery times may vary depending on the destination, courier service, weather and public holidays. Odorami is not responsible for delays caused by the courier or events beyond our control.
6. Returns and Refunds
Please contact us within seven days of receiving your order if the product is damaged, incorrect or incomplete.
To request a return or replacement, please provide your order number and clear photographs of the product and packaging.
Products must be unused and returned in their original condition. Return shipping costs may apply unless the product was damaged or incorrectly supplied by Odorami.
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, opened oils and used personal-care products cannot be returned unless they are defective.
Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method. Processing times may depend on the bank or payment provider.
7. Digital Products
Digital products, including guidebooks delivered by QR code or digital link, are supplied after payment confirmation.
Digital products are for personal use only. They may not be copied, shared, resold, published or distributed without written permission from Odorami.
If you experience a technical problem accessing a digital product, please contact us and we will assist you.
8. Intellectual Property
All text, images, logos, product names, designs, audio content and other materials on this website belong to Odorami or its content creators.
No material may be copied, reproduced, modified or used commercially without prior written permission.
9. Website Use
You agree to use this website lawfully and respectfully. You must not attempt to damage the website, access restricted areas, interfere with its operation or use its content for fraudulent purposes.
10. Limitation of Liability
Odorami is not responsible for indirect losses, delivery delays, misuse of products or circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
